Scope of this Policy
This privacy policy applies to Endless Adventures, Inc. and our affiliates (“Endless Adventures,” “we,” “us,” “our”). It describes our privacy practices for all our online properties, products, services, and platforms, including our websites and desktop applications; our social media pages or handles; and all our communications with you (collectively, the “Services”).
This Policy applies when you interact with us through our Services. It does not apply to third-party websites, mobile applications, or services that may link to the Services or be linked to from the Services. Please review the privacy policies of those websites and applications directly.
We may change this Policy from time to time. If we do, we will notify you by posting the updated version at https://adventureforge.games/privacy-policy.
Information We Collect
We collect information from you directly, from the devices you use to interact with us, and from third parties. We may combine information from the Services together and with other information we obtain from our business records. We may use and share information that we aggregate or de-identify at our discretion.
Information you give us
You may provide the following information to us directly:
Contact information, including name and email address.
Payment information processed through our third-party payment processor, Oncade.
Content you may include in survey responses.
Information contained in your communications to us.
Any other information you submit to us.
Information we collect automatically
We and partners working on our behalf may use log files, cookies, or other digital tracking technologies to collect the following information from the device you use to interact with our Services:
Device information, including IP address, device identifiers, and details about your operating system.
Analytical information, including details about your interaction with our Services.
Diagnostic information, including web traffic logs.
Business record information, including records of your purchases and use of our Services.
Automated Bug Reporting
Adventure Forge includes an automated bug reporting system that activates when the application encounters an error. This system runs automatically and cannot be disabled. When triggered, it may collect and transmit the following data to Endless Adventures:
Error message describing the issue encountered.
Log files generated by the application at the time of the error.
A screenshot of the Adventure Forge editor at the time the error occurred.
The Adventure Forge build version you are running.
Your operating system and version.
This data is used solely for diagnosing and resolving software defects. By using Adventure Forge, you consent to the collection and use of this diagnostic data as described above.
How We Use Your Information
We may use any of the information we collect for the following purposes:
Service improvement: To improve and grow our Services, including developing new features and understanding usage patterns.
Personalization: To tailor the Services to your preferences.
Security: To protect and secure our Services, assets, network, and business operations, and to detect, investigate, and prevent unauthorized use or abuse.
Legal compliance: To comply with legal process and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Marketing and communications: If you opt in during Account creation, we may use your email address to send you product updates, newsletters, and promotional offers. You may withdraw your consent and opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us at accountsupport@endlessadventuresinc.com. We use email tracking pixels to measure engagement with our marketing emails, such as whether an email was opened. We do not share your email address or other personal information with advertising platforms for lookalike audience building, retargeting, or other advertising purposes.
How We Share Your Information
We may share information we collect with the following recipients:
Service providers: We engage vendors to perform specific business functions on our behalf, including payment processing (Oncade), application development, communications, and email delivery (such as email service providers to whom we may upload your email address to send marketing communications on our behalf). These vendors are obligated by contract to use information only for the purpose of providing these services.
Government entities / Law enforcement: We may share information when lawfully required to do so, or where necessary to protect our property, rights, or the safety of our employees or users.
Other businesses in the context of a commercial transaction: We may transfer information in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Security
We use a combination of physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect the information we collect. While we use these precautions, we cannot guarantee the security of the networks, systems, servers, devices, and databases we operate or that are operated on our behalf.
Your Options and Rights Regarding Your Information
Account: Please visit your account page to update your account information.
Email Unsubscribe: If you do not wish to receive marketing communications from us, please contact us. All promotional email messages will include an option to opt out of future communications.
Do Not Track: Your browser or device may include “Do Not Track” functionality. Our information collection and disclosure practices will continue to operate as described in this Policy regardless of any Do Not Track signal received.
U.S. State Privacy Rights
Certain U.S. states provide residents with specific rights regarding their personal information. This section describes those rights by state.
California (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) provides you with specific rights regarding your personal information. This section describes those rights and how to exercise them.
Right to Know: You have the right to request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which we collected it, our business purpose for collecting or sharing it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
Right to Delete: You have the right to request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
Right to Opt Out of Sale: We do not sell your personal information as that term is defined under the CCPA.
Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

Other Important Information
Data retention
We may store information about you for as long as we have a legitimate business need for it. For cloud-saved game files specifically, please see the Cloud Saves and Subscription section of the Terms of Use below.
Cross-border data transfer
We may collect, process, and store your information in the United States and other countries. The laws in the United States and other countries regarding information may differ from the laws of your home country. Any such transfers will comply with safeguards as required by relevant law.
Information about children
The Services are intended for users thirteen years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected information from anyone younger than 13, we will delete that information. Please contact us with any concerns.
Nevada
Residents of the State of Nevada have the right to opt out of the sale of certain pieces of their information to third parties. We do not currently engage in such sales.
European Users (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) or equivalent law applies to our processing of your personal data. This section supplements the rest of this Policy.
Data Controller. Endless Adventures, Inc. is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the Services. You may contact us at accountsupport@endlessadventuresinc.com with questions about our processing of your personal data.
Lawful Basis for Processing. We process your personal data on the following legal bases: (i) performance of a contract — to provide the Services you have requested; (ii) legitimate interests — to improve our Services, detect and prevent fraud, and for security purposes; (iii) legal obligation — to comply with applicable laws; and (iv) consent — where we have obtained your consent, including for marketing communications (such as the newsletter opt-in at Account creation). You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, but withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
Your Rights Under GDPR. Subject to applicable law, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data: (i) right of access — to obtain a copy of your personal data; (ii) right to rectification — to correct inaccurate personal data; (iii) right to erasure — to request deletion of your personal data in certain circumstances; (iv) right to restriction — to request that we limit processing of your personal data; (v) right to data portability — to receive your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format; (vi) right to object — to object to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing; and (vii) right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence. International Data Transfers. If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers, which may include Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
Data Retention. We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, including to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When personal data is no longer necessary, we will delete or anonymize it. Cloud-saved game file retention is governed by Section 4 of the Terms of Use.
